This Privacy Policy applies to the following mobile games, apps, and developer tools:

Advertising

Depending on the app and current configuration, these apps may use advertising services to display ads. Minesweeper: Level Rush uses Google AdMob directly in some configurations and uses Unity LevelPlay mediation in the current LevelPlay configuration, including Unity Ads as an ad network where enabled by mediation settings. These advertising services and mediated ad networks may collect and share data such as device identifiers, IP address, approximate location, app interaction data, crash logs, diagnostics, and other technical data in order to provide, personalize, measure, and improve advertising, analytics, fraud prevention, security, and compliance, subject to the user's consent or privacy choices where required by law.

Consent

Minesweeper: Level Rush may show an advertising privacy or consent form through Google User Messaging Platform for direct AdMob configurations or through InMobi Choice CMP for the current LevelPlay configuration. The current InMobi configuration may display the form worldwide. These tools may store and communicate the user's privacy choices to supported advertising services so ads can be requested, served, measured, and limited according to the applicable choice. Users may be able to review or change advertising privacy choices later from Privacy options in the app Settings, where available. Declining consent or changing choices may limit personalized advertising, but does not necessarily remove all ads.

Data

The apps may store gameplay progress, settings, and preferences locally on the device. No personal data is intentionally collected or stored on private servers unless explicitly stated otherwise for a specific app or feature.

Developer analytics access

Codex Analytics MCP is a private developer tool used to review Google Analytics data for the apps listed above. It requests only the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/analytics.readonly OAuth scope and cannot modify Google Analytics accounts, properties, configurations, or data.

OAuth credentials are stored locally on the developer's workstation. Google Analytics account and property metadata and report results are retrieved only when the developer requests analysis, reporting, or troubleshooting. Retrieved information may be processed by OpenAI Codex as part of the requested task, subject to the OpenAI Privacy Policy. It is not sold, used to advertise to players, or made available to players.

Google Analytics access can be revoked at any time through the connected Google Account. Local OAuth credentials can also be deleted from the developer's workstation, and related Codex task history can be managed through the controls provided by OpenAI.

Children

Minesweeper: Level Rush is not directed to children. These apps are not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children. Ad settings may be restricted where required by applicable law.
